Sample fee
· The account is up to your samples, usually it is 100 USD, but if there are many embroideries or printings, and it is complex, the sample fee will be higher.
· If your order amount is more than 10,000 USD, the sample fee will be refunded to you
· It is 3-7 days according to the different samples.
· If you have an international express account, you can choose freight collect, if not, you can pay the freight together with the sample fee.
· If you don’t like the sample when you receive it, we can modify it for you til you say "YES".
Sample Cost
1. Free for existing sample but not included in delivery charge. Normal sample time 1-3days.
2. Customized item is according to client design. Normal sample time: 5-10days.
Ordering process
Customer provide the design draft → Our company confirm the design → Customer pay for the sample cost → Pre-sample production → Customer approve the sample → Signing mass production contract → Customer pay the 30% deposit payment → Mass production → Mass production finished (Photograph showing, or sending mass production samples, or customer personal inspection) → Customer arrange the rest 70% payment → Goods delivery → After-sales service.
