Sample fee
· The account is up to your samples, usually it is 100 USD, but if there are many embroideries or printings, and it is complex, the sample fee will be higher.
· If your order amount is more than 10,000 USD, the sample fee will be refunded to you
· It is 3-7 days according to the different samples.
· If you have an international express account, you can choose freight collect, if not, you can pay the freight together with the sample fee.
· If you don’t like the sample when you receive it, we can modify it for you til you say "YES".

01) Please provide a complete CMYK format artwork.
02) The artwork document format could be CDR, AI, PDF.
03) The resolution can not less than 300dpi.
04) To ensure that the text is exactly like it is in your computer, please convert the text to curve, if not, some words might be missed or unrecognizable here.
