Ordering process
Customer provide the design draft → Our company confirm the design → Customer pay for the sample cost → Pre-sample production → Customer approve the sample → Signing mass production contract → Customer pay the 30% deposit payment → Mass production → Mass production finished (Photograph showing, or sending mass production samples, or customer personal inspection) → Customer arrange the rest 70% payment → Goods delivery → After-sales service
Sample fee
- The account is up to your samples, usually it is 100 USD, but if there are many embroideries or printings, and it is complex, the sample fee will be higher.
- If your order amount is more than 10,000 USD, the sample fee will be refunded to you
- It is 3-7 days according to the different samples.
- If you have an international express account, you can choose freight collect, if not, you can pay the freight together with the sample fee.
- If you don’t like the sample when you receive it, we can modify it for you til you say "YES".
